1. What we are
CoinSwapr is a marketing front-end for a third-party cryptocurrency swap aggregator. We do not operate an exchange, we do not custody assets, and we do not match orders. When you initiate a swap through this site, the underlying transaction is executed by our upstream provider, and crypto moves directly from your sending wallet to your receiving wallet.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the service. You must not be a resident of, or located in, a jurisdiction in which use of cryptocurrency exchange services is unlawful, or in which we or our upstream provider are restricted from operating. It is your responsibility to determine whether your jurisdiction permits this use.
3. Acceptable use
- You will not use the service to launder money, evade sanctions, finance terrorism, or commit fraud.
- You will not impersonate another person or use stolen wallet credentials.
- You will not attempt to circumvent limits, security measures, or rate-limiting.
- You will comply with all laws applicable to you, including tax law.
4. Risk acknowledgement
Cryptocurrency is volatile. Wallet addresses are case-sensitive and irreversible — sending to the wrong address means losing the funds. We are not responsible for losses arising from address typos, network congestion, chain reorganisations, or third-party wallet failures.
5. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties — express or implied — including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither CoinSwapr nor its operators will be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the service.
