What we collect
Contact form submissions: name, email, topic, optional transaction ID, and message. Server logs: standard request metadata (IP, user agent, path, timestamp) retained for up to 30 days for security and operational purposes only.
Cookies
We do not set marketing or analytics cookies. The site uses local-storage to remember your light/dark theme and language preferences. The third-party widget may set its own cookies — refer to the provider’s privacy policy.
Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction (GDPR, CCPA, and similar), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data. Email support@coinswapr.io with a request.
Security and transfers
Data in transit is encrypted with TLS. Hosting and email-delivery providers may process data outside your country of residence; required safeguards (SCC or equivalent) apply.
